As the silk screen technique depicts Bambi in layers of paint prints on top of each other, the art itself beholds a laminated history. It all started with a photo collage with a surreal scene of a lovable and vulnerable Bambi, placed in a contrasting high speed urban environment. Bambi then sprang to life, in a full body 3D printed statue in bright colours. She grew up into the the mother deer of the Bambi-series: a great shiny sculpture.”
