

Patricia Steur
Photographer Patricia Steur is internationally renowned and ranks among the top five in the Netherlands’ Paul Huf Masterclass for Photographers. Her work, published in leading national and international magazines, is known for its powerful portraits and unique perspective. Steur has numerous exhibitions to her name, featuring portraits of musicians, authors, actors, and other celebrities, as well as subjects with deeper social and cultural themes. Her work is showcased at prominent art fairs both in the Netherlands and internationally. Since 1980, Patricia Steur has worked as an independent photographer and has published nine successful books. Her latest book, Dutch Beauty, reveals her unique take on beauty and identity, capturing 100 well-known and lesser-known Dutch women in her signature style. In addition to portraits of celebrities and artists, Steur focuses on themes such as indigenous cultures, tattoo art, and social justice, often exposing the vulnerability and strength of her subjects. Patricia’s work stands out for its detailed use of light and shadow, giving her images a special intensity and depth. Her versatility and craftsmanship have earned her a dedicated following and established her reputation as one of the most respected photographers of her generation.
