Kunsthuizen at KunstRAI Amsterdam 2024 | Contemporary Art Fair

RAI Amsterdam | March 27 – April 1, 2024

From March 27 through April 1, 2024, Kunsthuizen, represented by Kunsthuis Amsterdam, participated in KunstRAI Amsterdam, one of the most renowned contemporary art fairs in the Netherlands.

During the fair, more than 120 galleries from the Netherlands and abroad presented a diverse selection of paintings, photography, sculptures, and other forms of contemporary art.

Kunsthuizen participated with a spacious exhibition stand and a special programme, showcasing both internationally established artists and emerging talents.

International Artists and Exclusive Premieres

At KunstRAI 2024, Kunsthuizen presented several exciting premieres. For the first time in the Netherlands, visitors had the opportunity to discover the photographic work of Bryan Adams, alongside an introduction to the work of Danish artist Karin Bøggild.

We also introduced original paintings by Tim Fowler, a young British artist with African-Caribbean roots. His expressive, colourful works combine abstract forms with botanical elements and personal narratives exploring heritage and identity.

By introducing these artists, Kunsthuizen highlighted its commitment to a diverse contemporary art collection, bringing together innovation, quality, and international influences.

Exclusive Artworks from the Kunsthuizen Collection

Alongside these special introductions, we presented an extensive selection of contemporary artworks from our permanent collection.

Especially for KunstRAI 2024, Selwyn Senatori and Robbert Fortgens created new, one-of-a-kind artworks. Visitors could also discover remarkable sculptures by Daniel Arsham and recent works by Jeff Koons.

In addition, we showcased an extensive selection of artworks by Damien Hirst, including the exceptionally rare Spot Mickey.

Other international and Dutch artists represented at our stand included KAWS, David Yarrow, Lucas Thorik, and Andrew J. Millar.

The combination of paintings, photography, sculptures, and exclusive editions offered visitors a diverse perspective on the world of contemporary art.

KunstRAI Amsterdam brings together galleries, artists, collectors, and art enthusiasts each year. The fair offers an accessible and inspiring environment to discover new artists, explore different artistic styles, and experience exceptional artworks up close.

For Kunsthuizen, KunstRAI 2024 provided an opportunity to present new artistic collaborations and introduce visitors to both internationally established names and promising emerging talents.

At KunstRAI Amsterdam 2024, Kunsthuizen presented a diverse contemporary art collection, bringing together colourful paintings, exceptional photography, and sculptures.
