On Sunday, April 13, 2025, Kunsthuis Amsterdam hosted its very first Social Sunday. During this special afternoon, the new collaboration between Nági Collective and Kunsthuizen was officially introduced.

In a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, visitors had the opportunity to discover the world of Nági Collective and meet artist Isaac Job. An inspiring gathering where contemporary art, craftsmanship, and personal stories came together.

Admission to Social Sunday was free.

The artworks by Nági Collective remained on view at Kunsthuis Amsterdam until May 4, 2025.

Nági Collective – Timeless Art and Meaningful Stories

Nági Collective draws its inspiration from Japanese mythology, particularly Izanagi, the god of creation. Just as Izanagi shaped the world according to mythology, Nági Collective embraces the power of art to tell stories and bring timeless creations to life.

The name Nági refers to the calmness of a still sea, without wind or waves. This meaning lies at the heart of the collective's artistic philosophy: an invitation to slow down, appreciate the present moment, and reconnect with ourselves and our surroundings.

In a world that is constantly moving, Nági Collective aims to create space for tranquillity, reflection, and wonder. Its handcrafted artworks combine craftsmanship with personal narratives and symbolism. Each piece invites viewers to look beyond its physical form and explore the deeper meaning behind it.

As Nági Collective describes its philosophy:

"Nági represents timeless art, infused with profound narratives and craftsmanship. A symbol of serenity, our handmade creations invite contemplation and remind us of the beauty in life's simplicity. Welcome to Nági Collective, where art is not only created but also experienced."
